Mỗi giờ dạy không chỉ mang đến cho học sinh những kiến thức mới mà còn là dịp để thầy cô cùng học hỏi, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và tìm kiếm những phương pháp dạy học sáng tạo, gần gũi với các em. Với tinh thần đó, Trường Tiểu học Hòa Nghĩa đã tổ chức buổi sinh hoạt chuyên môn cấp trường với hai tiết dạy minh họa ý nghĩa, dưới sự chỉ đạo và định hướng của Ban Giám hiệu nhà trường.
Mở đầu buổi sinh hoạt, cô giáo Nguyễn Ngọc Chi mang đến tiết dạy minh họa môn Giáo dục Kĩ năng công dân số với bài “Bí mật của em và Quy tắc an toàn trên Internet”. Qua những tình huống gần gũi với cuộc sống hằng ngày, học sinh được tìm hiểu cách bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân, nhận biết những nguy cơ trên Internet và biết tìm kiếm sự giúp đỡ từ người lớn khi cần thiết. Những nội dung thiết thực được truyền tải thông qua các hoạt động học tập sinh động đã giúp học sinh thêm hào hứng, tự tin chia sẻ suy nghĩ và biết cách bảo vệ bản thân khi tham gia môi trường mạng.
Tiếp nối chương trình, cô giáo Vũ Thị Ngọc thực hiện tiết dạy minh họa môn Công nghệ lớp 3 với bài “An toàn với môi trường công nghệ trong gia đình”. Từ những tình huống quen thuộc trong gia đình, học sinh được cùng nhau tìm hiểu các nguy cơ mất an toàn khi sử dụng thiết bị công nghệ, chia sẻ cách sử dụng đúng và vận dụng kiến thức vào thực tiễn. Qua bài học, các em hiểu rằng công nghệ mang lại nhiều tiện ích nhưng cũng cần được sử dụng đúng cách, an toàn và có trách nhiệm.
Hai tiết dạy với những nội dung khác nhau nhưng đều hướng đến mục tiêu chung là giúp học sinh học đi đôi với hành, biết vận dụng kiến thức vào cuộc sống và từng bước hình thành những kĩ năng cần thiết. Nếu bài học về kĩ năng công dân số giúp các em biết giữ an toàn trên không gian mạng thì bài học Công nghệ lớp 3 lại giúp các em sử dụng những thiết bị quen thuộc trong gia đình một cách an toàn hơn. Những kiến thức gần gũi ấy chính là hành trang thiết thực, góp phần giúp học sinh tự tin hơn trong cuộc sống hằng ngày.
Điều đáng quý của buổi sinh hoạt chuyên môn không chỉ nằm ở hai tiết dạy minh họa mà còn ở những phút giây thầy cô cùng ngồi lại, chia sẻ và trao đổi sau mỗi giờ lên lớp. Dưới sự định hướng của Ban Giám hiệu, các thầy cô đã cùng nhau nhìn nhận những điểm mạnh, góp ý những nội dung cần điều chỉnh và chia sẻ thêm nhiều cách tổ chức hoạt động học tập phù hợp với học sinh. Từ những ý tưởng mới và kinh nghiệm thực tiễn của đồng nghiệp, mỗi giáo viên có thêm những bài học bổ ích để vận dụng linh hoạt vào quá trình giảng dạy.
Buổi sinh hoạt khép lại trong không khí vui vẻ, cởi mở và tinh thần học hỏi tích cực. Hai tiết dạy minh họa không chỉ mang đến những bài học bổ ích cho học sinh mà còn tạo cơ hội để đội ngũ giáo viên Trường Tiểu học Hòa Nghĩa cùng chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, bồi dưỡng chuyên môn và tiếp thêm cảm hứng cho công việc giảng dạy. Hoa Nghia Primary School Holds a School-Wide Professional Development Session – Sharing Experiences and Inspiring Excellent Lessons
Every lesson not only provides students with new knowledge but also offers teachers an opportunity to learn from one another, share experiences, and explore creative teaching methods that are engaging and relevant to their students. With this spirit in mind, Hoa Nghia Primary School organized a school-wide professional development session featuring two meaningful demonstration lessons under the guidance and direction of the school’s Board of Management.
The session began with a demonstration lesson delivered by teacher Nguyen Ngoc Chi in Digital Citizenship Skills Education, entitled “My Secrets and Internet Safety Rules.” Through familiar, real-life situations, students learned how to protect their personal information, recognize potential dangers on the Internet, and seek help from trusted adults when necessary. The practical content, delivered through lively learning activities, encouraged students to participate enthusiastically, confidently share their thoughts, and understand how to protect themselves in the online environment.
Following this, teacher Vu Thi Ngoc presented a demonstration lesson in Grade 3 Technology entitled “Staying Safe in the Technological Environment at Home.” Drawing on familiar situations in family life, students explored potential safety risks associated with using technological devices, shared ideas about proper use, and applied their knowledge to everyday situations. Through the lesson, students learned that although technology offers many benefits, it must be used appropriately, safely, and responsibly.
Although the two lessons covered different topics, they shared a common goal: helping students connect learning with practice, apply their knowledge to real-life situations, and gradually develop essential life skills. While the Digital Citizenship Skills Education lesson helped students understand how to stay safe online, the Grade 3 Technology lesson guided them in using familiar household technological devices more safely. These practical and relatable lessons provide valuable knowledge and skills that help students become more confident in their daily lives.
What made the professional development session particularly valuable was not only the two demonstration lessons but also the opportunities for teachers to come together, share ideas, and exchange feedback after each lesson. Under the guidance of the Board of Management, teachers discussed the strengths of each lesson, offered constructive suggestions for improvement, and shared additional ways to organize learning activities that better meet students’ needs. Every contribution reflected a shared commitment to refining lesson plans, improving the quality of teaching, and creating more opportunities for students to experience, explore, and discover. By learning from colleagues’ fresh ideas and practical experiences, teachers gained valuable insights that they can flexibly apply to their own teaching.
